Yes, a customer can change shipping address by contacting us immediately within 24 hours after order has been placed vis email at email@example.com
Please provide us with the Order#. If the order has been already shipped, it will not be possible to change and cancel it.
It will take 5 to 10 business days for items to be delivered. It will be delivered in secure packaging material via UPS or Fedex.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive confirmation email with the order and tracking number.
Tracking info will be updated after 24 hours once the order has been shipped. if you haven't received your order within the given time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please check whether anyone else received your order on your behalf. Once the item has been delivered, we cannot not grant a refund if it is established that it was delivered. You will need to file a claim that the item has been lost.
