Refund and Exchange Policy

We want to ensure the online shopping experience is as seamless as possible, which is why we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please call or email for return authorization number BEFORE sending the item back.

How to Send Us a Return or Exchange

  • Merchandise must be in original condition and include all product documentation and packaging.
  • Item must NOT be worn or altered in any way
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by calling

  • Refund will go back to the same card on which the item was purchased
  • Custom orders and custom design pieces may not be returned
  • Sale Items may not be returned
  • Engraved items may not be returned
  • Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization, sent COD, with damaged packaging, or uninsured shipping will be refused.
  • Items returned will be subject to a $250 restocking fee on items more than $1000; $100 restocking fee on items less than $1000 to cover shipping insurance and shopify expenses. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.

If a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and/or call us immediately at 1-888-308-8728. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately after you receive your order.

Instructions below detail how to return an item:

  • Call 1-888-308-8728 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code
  • Please package your return carefully, ideally with the original shipping box and packaging material
  • Divine & Timeless Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments
  • Please Include everything that came with the order in the package.
  • If the product had any appraisals, diamond certificates or other please return that as well. You will be liable for the cost to create a new appraisal or certificate if you fail to return them.
  • Please Insure the package for the price of purchase when returning
  • When we receive the item, we will contact you via email. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for the full processing and receiving return on your credit card.
  • Refunds will go back to the same card used during purchase.
  • A $250 restocking fee on items over $1000 or $100 restocking fee on items less than $1000 will be deducted to cover shipping, insurance and shopify fees will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.
