At Divine & Timeless Jewelry we want you, our valued customer, to feel completely confident in your purchase, and also to know that your satisfaction will always be our top priority.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the first 7days of purchase with a Return merchandise authorization number (Please call or email for return authorization number BEFORE sending the item back).
Refunds will go back to the same card used for the purchase or you can request to receive in-store credit for us to remake, replace, or modify your returned jewelry in the same size as ordered.
Due to the nature of the items, we need to assess a $250 restocking fee for Items returned to cover Fedex shipping, insurance and shopify fees. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.
If we fail to meet your expectations, we will work with you until you’re satisfied. You can even cancel the entire transaction and get a full refund within the first three business days of your purchase, if you change your mind.
We will normally fulfill and ship the orders after 3 days and reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund the purchase at any time.
Note:
- Merchandise must be in original condition and include all product documentation and packaging.
- Item must NOT be worn or altered in any way.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by calling
1-888-308-8728. - Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization, sent COD, with damaged packaging, or uninsured shipping will be refused.
