IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I MAY CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Yes, a customer may change shipping address by contacting us immediately within 24 hours after order has been placed via email at support@divineandtimelessjewelry.com.  Please provide us with the Order #.  If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change or cancel it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
It will take 5 to 10 business days for items to be delivered. Items will be shipped in secure packaging materials via UPS or Fedex.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order and tracking number.  

WHY CAN I NOT TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking info will be updated after 24 hours once the order has been shipped.  If you haven’t received your order within the given time, please contact us at support@divineandtimelessjewelry.com.

ORDER IS MISSING BUT TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED

Please check  whether anyone else has received your order on your behalf. Once the item has been delivered, we cannot not grant a refund if it is established that it was delivered.  You will need to file a claim that the item has been lost.

RESTOCKING FEE
Returns will be subject to a $250 restocking fee on items over $1000, $100 restocking fee on items less than $1000 to cover Fedex shipping, insurance and shopify fees. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.
